Avaah Blackwell opened for Toronto Women’s Fashion Week’s International Spotlight, Amato Couture SS18 collection.
Show Director Kevin Oliver and Amato Coture’s prodigious talent Furne One selected Avaah to open after she came into a fitting and did the tech rehearsal. Furne has dressed celebrities worldwide including Beyonce, Katy Perry, Shakira and more.
Avaah has been trained by international super model Stacey McKenzie, and has been building her career as a runway model in Toronto and abroad. Having walked for Versace, Lesley Hampton, World Master Card Toronto Fashion week, She thoroughly enjoys merging her skill as an actress and model to bring designers visions to life on the runway.
